I don't trust anyone with my brow wax other than Skye at The Ten Spot! I come back every month to see her, she is the absolute best. I also got the standard facial from Kira and it was simply delightful. My skin looks and feels way better and I will definitely be back for another treatment with her.

Awful awful awful brow lamination and tint. I’ve been left looking like a clown 🤡 with black patchy caterpillars to go with my blond hair. Quite literally the worst horror story with brows possible. Also got a lash lift and tint and the lift you can barely tell was done and the tint doesn’t go to my lash line on one eye so another clown look. After all this management only gave me a 10% discount on a $200 service and didn’t do anything to actually fix this. I’m embarrassed to leave the house. Never again.

Extremely limited selection of colour choices, unless you want a shade of orange which theyve covered (as on brand, i suppose). I kid you not, your choices are orange, white, navy, hot pink or evergreen. No other shades of blue or greens, zero purples, very limited. Their chairs are tiny and uncomfortable and my foot bath exposed my ankle bracelet. The practitioner was lovely but for the cost of this pedicure- never again. The cleanliness is also slightly questionable.

Had a disappointing experience there last week. Had a shellac manicure and a pedicure with separate estheticians - neither of whom seemed to want to be there. But that’s fine, I don’t mind if the service is done well. But neither really was. Four days later and my shellac manicure is already chipped and peeling and my cuticles are peeling horribly despite constant moisturizing. I’m really disappointed because I did it for my engagement pictures and I think I’ll need to get them done again. My pedicure was okay but felt like the bare minimum. Wouldn’t come back. EDIT: Updating to note that the owner did reach out to me to offer to fix the service and to offer a complimentary service which I appreciated.

Had my first visit this week. Came in for a shellac manicure and had a lovely experience. I used to go to the one in the Glebe but this will now be my go-to. Better service and better results. Recommend!

I booked an appointment to get my shellac removed, it's supposed to take 15 mins. 40 minutes later I had to leave and they hadn't removed the shellac, just chipped it a bit and scuffed up my nails. They made me pay anyways so I came back later in the afternoon to have the job finished and they refused, saying I required an appointment, even though there was no one in the spa and staff there. Huge scam.

I had my second lash lift/tint with Skye and she nailed it once again. She is incredibly professional and precise and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get this done! My eyelashes look like they have extensions and I am beyond satisfied with the results 😊 …

Very clean and friendly environment. Not the best manicure I have had though. Manicurist didn’t put a base coat on (this was my first time here so figured they did things differently). Had a nail chip within a couple of hours then three more the next day. Went back the day following and they fixed them for free, put the base coat on and I expressed concern about there being no base coat originally. The manicurist apologized. Next day, more nails have chipped and it hasn’t even been a week. Overall, not happy with the manicure but pleasant people.
